The RPM Assessment
The fitness assessment is specifically designed to gauge your physical ability by performing a group of carefully selected exercises. Unlike many of the common assessments that are performed today, the RPM Assessment analyzes all major muscle groups of the body. A Power Score point value is then assigned to each body part. Depending on how you score on each of the tests an overall RPM Power Score will be assigned. This assessment will also be used by the system to assign each major muscle group to an intensity level ranked from 1-5. A level 1 muscle group will need considerable attention and a level 5 muscle group will be advanced. This evaluation will also take into account your gender and age in order to keep the scoring system accurate across the board. This is where our system pulls ahead of the rest by analyzing each muscle group and assigning exercises that will help you build each area of your body.
Here is an example: Bob has really strong legs but has always felt week in his upper body. When taking the assessment it is possible for Bob to score a level 4 intensity on legs and a level 2 intensity on chest. Having that information will allow The RPM System to build his workout programs with the appropriate exercises to address his bodies needs.
