Having a well rounded diet will be important in helping you reach your fitness goals. With all of the differing opinions throughout the health industry, we decided to take a much simpler approach. First you will take a quick questionnaire to spotlight the most troubled areas of your diet. We will assign you 3 nutritional goals to work on over a 6 week period. Once you have built a routine and you are regularly maintaining your goals, you can retake the nutritional questionnaire to receive a new set of goals. The RPM system is not designed to radically shake your diet, instead we want to allow a slow movement toward a practical nutritional program that you can continue on the rest of your life.
