Strength Programs
Once you have completed the Fitness Assessment you will begin to receive your strength programs. The system will build 3 customized strength programs a week based off of your RPM Fitness Assessment Score. The only equipment that you need for your workouts, is a stability ball, exercise tubing with door wedge, and your own bodyweight. (equipment shown below) The programs may require the use of a step, from 6-12 inches tall, to be used for some exercises, but any stable and sturdy object can be used.

The programs are also based off of time and not a set number of repetitions per exercise. We have designed a revolutionary new system that uses a Pace Setter to assist you in performing the exercise at the appropriate speed. Each exercise will be listed with a "Pace" number. You will set the RPM Pace Setter on your homepage to that number and then perform the exercise according to the beat count. You can also use a music metronome that can be purchased inexpensively from a music store.
Our programs are built on a circuit style program to help keep them time efficient. Depending on your Assessment Score, the programs will range from 30 minutes to 1 hour in length. Your programs will provide a total body workout along with the aerobic benefit of performing a circuit training routine. The program will also require that you do a specific aerobic exercise on days in between your workouts. These can range from going on a hike, running on a treadmill, or just doing a few hours of yard work. Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone up, or put on major muscle, this program can work for you!
